COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 57,738 persons on Saturday and both doses have been administered to 59.17% of the country’s total population.
According to Our World in Data, the first dose has been administered to 68.69% of the population. The Epidemiology Unit states that 14,777,220 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 12,768,759 persons have received the second dose.
On Saturday, 4,760 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 40,776 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. In total, 11,845,098 persons have received the first dose of Sinopharm and 10,069,486 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,575 persons, of which 1,354,308 persons have received the second dose as well. Ten persons received the first dose of AstraZeneca on Saturday, and 6,398 persons received the second dose.
On Saturday, 4,672 persons received the first dose of Pfizer and 1,041 persons received the second dose. In total, 490,353 persons have received the first dose of Pfizer and 426,844 persons have received the second dose.
Eighty-one persons received the second dose of Moderna on Saturday, raising the total number of persons to receive the second dose of Moderna to 762,529. The first dose of the vaccine has been administered to 803,098 persons.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,096 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,592 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
