Health officials confirmed 30 COVID-19 fatalities on Wednesday and the country’s COVID-19 death toll has risen to 16,116.
22 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Wednesday were over 60 years, seven fatalities were between 30 and 59 years, and one fatality was below 30 years.
Of the total COVID-19 deaths, 76.21% are over 60 years, 22.49% are between 30 and 59 years, and 1.3% are below 30 years.
Epidemiology Unit data shows that 9,088 COVID-19 deaths are male and 7,028 deaths are female. 21 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Wednesday were male and nine were female.
