COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 19,633 persons on Sunday and 74.17% of the country’s population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Our World in Data states that 64.03% of the population has received the second dose as well.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to 15,945,546 persons and the second dose has been administered to 13,766,610 persons.
The third dose has been administered to 956,946 persons. This includes 17,644 persons vaccinated on Sunday.
The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 868 persons on Sunday and 220 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. In total, the first dose of Pfizer has been administered to 1,551,510 persons and the second dose has been administered to 463,470 persons.
The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,950,494 persons in total and 10,945,836 persons have received the second dose as well. On Sunday, 201 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 677 persons received the second dose of the vaccine.
23 persons received the second dose of Moderna on Sunday, raising the total number of persons to have received the second dose of the vaccine to 782,899. The first dose of Moderna has been administered to 804,801 persons.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,812 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
