COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 19,309 persons on Sunday with over 38.2 million vaccine doses administered in total.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, 16,899,664 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 14,170,683 persons have received the second dose.
The third dose has been administered to 7,159,638 persons. This includes 15,463 persons vaccinated on Sunday.
The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 612 persons on Sunday, raising the total number of persons to have received the first dose of Pfizer to 2,435,994. The second dose of the vaccine has been administered to 716,017 persons, of which 1,877 persons were vaccinated on Sunday.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 439 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm on Sunday and 918 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. In total, the first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 12,020,128 persons and the second dose has been administered to 11,092,900 persons.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.
A total of 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
The Epidemiology Unit adds that 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,812 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
