COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 14,416 persons on Saturday, the Epidemiology Unit states, adding that 77.56% of the total population has received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
The second dose has been administered to 65.7% of the population and 35.5% has received the booster dose as well.
A total of 17,005,322 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 14,411,833 persons have received the second dose.
The booster dose has been administered to 7,799,118 persons. This includes 8,740 persons vaccinated on Saturday.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, 1,418 persons received the first dose of Pfizer on Saturday and 3,589 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. The first dose of Pfizer has been administered to a total of 2,513,882 persons and the second dose has been administered to 877,005 persons.
On Saturday, 72 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and a total of 12,047,898 persons have received the first dose of the vaccine. The second dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,173,063 persons. This includes 597 persons vaccinated on Saturday.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and 1,418,593 persons have received the dose of the vaccine.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
A total of 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,812 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
