United Motors launches latest Mitsubishi Evolution RS

The company which has sponsored Dinesh Deheragoda for over 10 years recently renewed its sponsorship agreement for another three years, bringing in a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution RS – the first to reach the island and one of the few raced world over since its launch in December 2011 in Japan.

Dinesh, who took part in the SPEED 2012 championship in Pannala, proved that this new machine is a cut above the rest by taking first place in the event with a convincing win.

The new car, built for the genuinely passionate racer, with enhanced performance of a five-speed Dog-type gear box when accelerating, coupled with Active Center Differential (ACD) for cornering and braking results in transmitting the driver’s spirit on to the wheels. This internationally acclaimed and P-WRC performance car was the first fully designed rally car of the New 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution RS series to be seen in the region South-East Asia.
