Eurocars Ltd., the official Porsche importer in Sri Lanka, organised the ‘Porsche Sport Driving Boot Camp’ on Saturday, 5 December from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Katukurunda Airforce base exclusively for Porsche owners.
This was the first time an event of this nature was organised and the objective was to hone Porsche owners’ driving skills step by step. From the basics of vehicle control to understanding how to safely transfer the power and dynamics of their vehicle to the road, Porsche customers were thrilled with the opportunity to learn more about their performance vehicles. Among the vehicles that participated in the event, the majority were Porsche’s best-selling SUV models the Cayenne and the Macan as well as the Panamera and the Cayman.
The event ended at the Blue Waters Hotel, Wadduwa for an exclusive luncheon for all participants followed by an Awards Ceremony for the best performers on the track.
