Celebrating another year of strong sales growth, Nawaloka Petroleum Ltd. hosted 100 of its dealers and their families, at the company’s first Dealers’ Appreciation Night at Cinnamon Lodge, Habarana recently.
Rewarding its 30 strongest performers among its sales teams and network of dealers across the island, guests and their families were treated to a full day’s entertainment, including an exciting wildlife safari and a BBQ night with musical entertainment and fellowship.
Themed ‘Enjoy Nature with TOTAL’ the remarkable event was organised in recognition of the efforts of the highest sales contributors to the organisation. “We at Nawaloka Petroleum have been able to achieve our highest sales volume growth in 2015 according to the latest lubricants industry report, and this is a sign of the enormous support given by dealers who are here at today’s event,” stated Nawaloka Petroleum General Manager Sarath Gunasekera.The evening culminated with the distribution of certificates of appreciation followed by a series of special trophies handed out by Nawaloka Holdings Director Anisha Dharmadasa, Director Ananda Jayasekera, Nawaloka Petroleum General Manager Sarath Gunasekera and Total India Lubes Division – Marketing and Technical V.S. Sathish Kumar in recognition of the best sales performances for the year.
Ravindu Motors, Anamaduwa received the award for Best Performing Dealership for 2015 followed by Visanda Motors, Anuradhapura. Having cleared sales targets for the year, Nawaloka Petroleum, Manager Commercial Sales, Asanka Kularatne was recognised as the Best Performer for the Year followed closely by Anuradhapura Sales Executive Manoj Priyantha. Given the potential to rapidly expand the market share of TOTAL products in Sri Lanka over the coming year, the company noted that preparations were already underway to expand the scope of its Dealer Appreciation Night event for 2017.
Delivering a presentation on TOTAL Lubricants’ product benefits and some of the strategic objectives of Nawaloka Petroleum for the coming year, Sales Head Prabath Jayawardana said: “Moving forward we will ensure that the Dealers’ Appreciation Night becomes a regular annual fixture for our company and while our sales targets for the coming year will be even higher, we will also be providing even greater rewards to the best performers in our team and our network.”
