Toyota Lanka Ltd., the sole authorised dealer for Toyota vehicles and spare parts in Sri Lanka has declared open its latest showroom with service facility in the Ampara city. Making its presence felt in the rapidly booming eastern coast, the modern facility was declared open following multi-religious blessings, by Toyota Lanka Managing Director Shungo Yoshioka and Director/Chief Operating Officer Manohara Athukorala.
Speaking at the opening Shungo Yoshioka said, “Toyota Lanka has been a trusted name in the vehicle industry in Sri Lanka for decades and our reach has widened with every passing year. One of our key success measurements is to be able to be as close and accessible to customers as possible. The opening today brings us closer to the eastern part of this beautiful island where we will serve not just customers from Ampara but also the region.”
The modern facility is equipped to provide services such as sale of brand new and reconditioned full range of Toyota vehicles, Toyota forklifts and Hino trucks with the unmatched Toyota warranty, the sale of spare parts including Toyota genuine motor oil, genuine parts and Pirelli tyres, periodic maintenances and general repairs, and body and paint services.
“The east coast of Sri Lanka has been identified as a rapidly developing section of the country, especially with a focus on tourism and industries. We at Toyota Lanka therefore see great potential in providing our products and services to existing and new customers through the Ampara branch,” added Toyota Lanka Director/Chief Operating Officer Manohara Athukorala.
The Ampara branch is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and developed under Toyota’s international standards in order to provide the same Japanese experience to Toyota users in the region. The facility is also built under strict environmentally friendly guidelines and compliances set forth by Toyota.
Toyota-trained engineers and technicians will always ensure the highest quality of workmanship and service delivery. The body and paint section has particularly been equipped with advanced welding machines, infrared heaters for speedy drying and water-borne painting systems imported specifically to work on Toyota vehicles.
