Orient Insurance Ltd., recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Toyota Lanka to offer world-class insurance solutions, international standard repairs, and services to their mutually valued customers.
The partnership will benefit customers of Toyota who own a brand new or reconditioned vehicle below five years from the year of manufacture. These customers will not be required to pay the owner’s contribution on new spare parts and regular wear and tear items. Furthermore, Orient Insurance will settle the policyholder’s total claim according to the policy conditions.
Orient Insurance Senior Vice President Strategy and Operations Ameera Hindurangala said Toyota owners can obtain the following benefits: An attractive premium from Orient Insurance; Toyota will fit the cars with brand-new spare parts; Cashless and Prompt settlement of repair bills and the owner will receive their vehicles in their pre-accident state, backed by Toyota Guarantee.
Hindurangala also said that with trust comes ease of doing business, where all customer transactions are expeditiously processed and settled. A Toyota vehicle owner can make a phone call/text or email to insure their vehicles or report a claim. Their 24x7 Customer Care Centre will professionally handle all inquiries and provide a speedy solution.
