Triumph recognises its high achievers at 2016 Sales Conference

09th February 2016:  The global leader in alluring lingerie and leading trend setter in Sri Lanka, Triumph International rewarded and recognised its top performers at the annual sales conference recently. Transforming the Main Ballroom of Galadari into a carnival, in keeping with its reputation of bringing the latest trends, this year’s conference carried a Brazilian carnival theme. 

The event showcased the superior achievements of Triumph’s direct dealers, wholesale partners, key account partners and important stakeholders. In addition to appreciating its high achievers, in a dazzling light show, Triumph also revealed its new logo. 

Shalindra Fernando, General Manager for India & Sri Lanka for Triumph, commenced the evening’s proceedings by acknowledging the untiring efforts of Triumph’s top performers who worked relentlessly to pursue their targets and set new benchmarks in the local industry. 

“It is our partners who play a vital role in the progression of our company. It is their commitment, passion and drive which enables the brand to maintain its leadership in the lingerie industry in Sri Lanka.  We hope that our sales force and partners will continue their exceptional performance to reach greater height as a team in 2016.”

The conference was used as an avenue to communicate Triumph’s future goals and direction and motivate its partners.

Since its inception, the company has been ahead of its time with novel product introductions. Triumph continues to set industry standards in its core competence of best fit, derived from a deep knowledge and understanding of the female body. Today Triumph enjoys being at the cutting edge and are always thinking of the needs and desires of its local consumers. 

Triumph remains the only European brand that produces intimate apparel specifically designed and tailored to suit Asian women. 

A common criterion was used to identify the top performers of 2015. The winners were selected based on their performance and the contribution made towards the growth of the company. 

Nolimit was awarded Gold in the Key Account Partner 01 category. Silver award was won by Glitz while the Bronze was won by Cool Planet. The Key Account Partner category 2 was won by Wijeya Group while Kandy Stores and A.S.B Fashion Ltd. won the Silver and Bronze awards. In the Key Account Partner category 3, Fashion Bug obtained Gold while Beverley Street and Andum Andum (Unique Trends Ltd.) were awarded Silver and Bronze awards. 

Best Dealer Center of the Year Gold was awarded to M.J Perera. The Silver and Bronze awards in the same category were awarded to Nalani Chandramohan and Ruklanthi Thalagune. Deepa Nagthall and M.J Perera won Special Recognition Gold awards the highest turnover and highest turnover dealer center respectively.

Best Dealer of the Year Northern Province was Sriyani Dress Point while Southern Province was won by Thilakawardana Textiles.
