Strategy College of Business recently saw 48 students of their Executive MSc in Strategic Marketing, successfully graduate at the Convocation of Asia e University (AeU) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The graduates were part of a grand ceremony which was held on 21 April, bringing together 900 other graduates from around the world who completed their Executive MSc at the Asia e University.
The Asia e University is an Asia Cooperation Dialogue initiative funded by the Government of Malaysia and is also a member of the Association of the Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka. AeU’s presence in over 25 countries along with 2100 plus students worldwide has led them to becoming an active member of many international organisations providing various educational options worldwide. The MSc in Strategic Marketing is especially designed to promote marketing as a Strategic business function, and is available to students at a duration of 1 year. It comprises of 6 modules plus a research project where students have the flexibility of attempting their project either after all modules are completed or whilst modules are being completed. All students attempting their research project will have the support of a professional lecturer guiding and supporting them until completion. Subjects such as Strategic Brand Management, International Marketing, Marketing Finance, Developing Strategic Marketing Plans, Strategic Management for competitive advantage and innovation, NPD, Entrepreneurship, Project Management and Market Research are some of the cutting edge subjects offered.
Applicants for the Executive MSc can be from both Marketing as well as non Marketing backgrounds; Diploma holders; Graduates; Executives with either a Professional Qualification or Work Experience.
