The CMO Asia Awards held for the seventh consecutive year in Pan Pacific Marina Square, Singapore on 4 August is an exclusive event which saw the participation of top business leaders and marketing professionals from across Asia.
Sri Lanka’s very own Arpico Supercentre has been crowned with the CMO Asia Award 2016 for Excellence in Branding and Marketing in Retail amidst stiff competition from top global brands from over 40 countries.
By doing so, the innovative retailer has become the first Sri Lankan modern trade brand to bag this prestigious award.
Among the bids for this coveted title that were taken into account, the committee’s panel of industry experts were impressed by the overall value Arpico Supercentre has consistently been able to provide its customers. This in turn has resulted in a fast growing customer base ensuring increased customer footfall, loyalty and a healthy top line growth.
