Kantar in Sri Lanka has once again been awarded the ‘Best Employer Brand’ at Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2019. The award was presented at a ceremony held in Singapore recently hosted by the Employer Branding Institute at the World HRD Congress.
The 14th Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award 2019 witnessed a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academicians, economists and human resource consultants from across 30 countries. The Best Employer Brand award is presented to organisations that have a robust, effective HR and people management system. The winners are selected based on the recommendations made by a panel of professionals and a jury comprising senior HR leaders, researchers and academics. This year’s edition also celebrated some of the finest leaders in an organisation that believes in producing leaders; leaders of change, leaders who are iconic and talent management strategies aligned with the vision and the mission of the organisation.
The organisations recognised for this award have been measured on parameters such as diversified culture, cultivating competencies for a future-ready organisation, and opportunities for women in leadership amongst others.
