TMC Mt Lavinia fund raiser held at Tower Hall

‘Horu’ drama directed by a very senior drama artist Jayasekara Aponso was staged on 7 August at the Tower Hall. Two shows were staged and a special invitation was extended to the soldiers from ‘Ranaviru Sevana’ and ‘Mihindu Sevana’ to witness this hilarious drama.

The story behind Horu was very appropriate for today’s society, especially for parents with young children who have access to modern technology and how they misuse it.

Aponso has been clever in producing this stage drama with lessons to be learned through humour.
