TMC Mt Lavinia conducts ‘Electricity for Free’ session with J Lanka

An evening event to educate the members of the advantage of Solar Power for homes was held on 23 Friday at The Grand Monarch, Thalawathugoda.
“The objective was to answer many questions around this new technology that help members to reduce the cost of electricity and also contribute to the global effort in reducing carbon emissions and making the planet greener,” said TMC Mt Lavinia Chairman Ashoke Baddage.
The experts in the field presented how the technology works, the investment required and the benefits of the system. It was discussed that this will enable the consumers to reduce the cost of electricity drastically over a period of time. It was an interactive session where members raised questions related to its operations, costs and the maintenance.
TMC is also working on attractive packages for its membership.
