Strategic leadership focuses on shared values and a clear vision, which will enable a business leader to have more time in adapting the vision to a changing business environment. Strategic leadership will incorporate visionary and managerial leadership by simultaneously allowing for risk-taking and rationality.
It is in this light, that the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors is repeating their flagship Board Leadership Director Certification Program – Part 3 on ‘Strategic Leadership’ scheduled to be held on 20 and 21 October at Salon Orchid of the Hotel Galadari.
This comprehensive session includes four modules which cover the Governance of Strategy, Evaluating Strategy Delivery and Executive Directors’ Performance, The Governance of Risk and Corporate Responsibility.
