Manique Guneratne proud winner of award from Women in Management

For her achievements being sight impaired, she has been a very active lady winning many awards here and abroad. She is an ICT Trainer for the sight impaired and continues to share her knowledge with those who are unable to see the world as others do. She became visually impaired at the age of 30, she is a qualified IT professional both nationally and internationally, she plays a major role in advocacy and lobbying for persons with disabilities and she has received six national and international awards for the services rendered to the disabled community. This is only a brief recap of the achievements of this great lady. Manique was the winner of an award for her achievements from ‘Enable the Disabled’ the CSR arm of The Management Club. She was nominated for the WIM award by Charmaine Vanderhoeven, Chairperson of Enable the Disabled. We congratulate her and are proud of her achievements and wish her all the strength and courage to continue in her good work.
