Hashan Travis Haputhanthri a successful Marketing / Brand strategist , Eminent author cum philosopher of TRAVIS BRANDSOLOGY (The 1st Asian Philosophy for Brands) and The Co-Author on Branding for “The book for Entrepreneurs” in India, recently launched his new Innovation “IGNITE!”programme in New Delhi.
A Brand Specialist, top global Marketing Professional and committed researcher , Hashan recently ventured into discovery of a human behavior trait call HID. His invention “A COMPLETE NEW DIMENSION – DISCOVERY OF “HID” using 15 years of consumer and human behavior research is set to modify Freudian theory of “PERSONALITY”.
Discovering the 4th personality and bringing a new philosophy will re define motivational theories to re think motivational models.
“Discovering HID is a result of 15 years of research and my research shows a result of ignition of the inner self, where anyone is aware fully. Therefore, I term this as the “IGNITION PHILOSOPHY OF THE HIDDEN SELF –let me introduce my new finding THE HID (Hidden Ignitable Domain of personality).
Discovery of HID has lead me to make the IGNITE (Yes I can) programme where I awake a person’s Hidden self. I discovered this when I was just 11 years old. I discovered that there is energy of mine that makes me an innovator. I believed I can. It was tattooed in my mind. I cannot live without innovations, something new and a very positive mind. When I grew up, hardships hit my life and I managed to keep my head high and achieve much in the midst of turbulence. I believed in strategy, targets and reality. I always believed having a great SMILE on the face and, of course, being happy every minute are the key ingredients to be positive. When people ran for publicity I ran for education. When people fight with others, I fought with myself. When people stagnated in one organisation for ages – I moved into many Industries to gain experience. My consistency is in my passion not in the place where I work. I am a person who make the position bright – I don’t want the position making me bright. However, all these are inner positiveness triggers. Today I coach people across boundaries to discover the inner greatness” said Hashan.
Hashan further said, “IGNITE is not a just another motivational or a positive thinking programme. It’s a coaching programme to awake the giant in you and I will make you to say “Yes I can”. Many people do not coach, they either lecture or train. Coaching is different and it is a different style. I have my own style. When I was in Fiji Islands, I studied the Fijian style of discovering the HIDDEN SELF through role modeling, innovations and inventions. Then, about New Zealenders, Australians, Samoans and of course the grit of Fiji Indians. It was just amazing. I met great Australian and New Zealand Cricketing Coaches who really coached me to achieve ICC 1st Level. These brilliant people taught me a lot in SELF READYNESS or POSITIVE FOCUS FOR GREATNESS. This is the learning that I practice in IGNITE”.
By now IGNITE has gone to 6 countries, namely India, Singapore, Fiji, Pakistan, Indonesia and China. According to Hashan Haputhanthri the feedback has been just amazing. According to latest updates IGNITE has plans to capture more attention in driving this programme in phases. The discovery of the 4th personality (HID) will turn a new leaf in humankind.
