Government Administrators participate in PIM’s International Management Program in Thailand

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) organised yet another international management program for forty government administrators recently.

The objective of the program is to familiarise our administrators with advanced management tools and practices that are adopted and implemented elsewhere. In fact, the participants while receiving the conceptual and theoretical aspects of modern management in the lecture room sessions, were also provided with practical examples through field visits, where they were given a chance to see for themselves how modern techniques of management were adopted and implemented successfully. These visits also provided opportunities for them to interact with their counterparts in some key public and private sector organisations in Thailand.
