CSBM launches Diploma and Executive Diploma programs grooming next generation of corporate leaders

Colombo School of Business and Management (CSBM) has launched a unique set of Diploma and Executive Diploma programs in the spheres of Leadership and Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Human Resource Management, Sales and Marketing and Retail Management.

These programs are focused at empowering a generation of budding corporate leaders with new knowledge, practices, exposure and opportunity to build corporate connectedness. They are designed, developed and delivered by the business and corporate fraternity to bring out the best within a person, grooming them to be world class delivering the highest potential towards organisational growth and outlook. These Diplomas and Executive Diploma programs are also developed in compliance with the Sri Lanka Qualification Framework (SLQF) and in accordance with the local and international partner guidelines and quality confirmations. Both CSBM Diploma and Executive Diploma programs span for a period of 12 months on part time basis (weekday evenings and weekends) giving the participants ample opportunity to unleash their full potential, in leadership grooming traits, and to be part of a greater corporate network being coached and mentored by some of the top corporates. CSBM is a corporate sector run business school lead by the veteran business leader Dian Gomes who serves as the Chairman whereas Prof. Ranjith Bandara provides the leadership for academic and educational programs as the Head of the Business School.
