JASTECA Institute of Management announces a day’s training titled ‘Leading your Leaders’.
“Whether you were born a leader or have had leadership thrust upon you, you’re in for a whole new set of challenges when managing other leaders. Think of the qualities that have brought you to a leadership role: Your vision, confidence, and charisma, or perhaps your experience, unique skills, expertise, or network of powerful allies. This training program is designed for Group HR practitioners, senior managers, sales professionals, projects manager and anyone who wants develop people management skills.
Sampath Aluthpatabandige, the program leader is a Senior Human Resource Specialist, Management Consultant, Motivational Speaker, Leadership and Personality Development Specialist, Visiting Lecturer, and well know Corporate Trainer with over decades of experience in Human Resources Development and Corporate Training in Blue-chips and Multinational Companies in Sri Lanka and Overseas. Currently Sampath is attached to Dipped Products (Hayleys Group) as its General Manage – HR.
This Saturday training is scheduled to be held on 18 August (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at JASTECA, Colombo 3.
