The KPMG Sri Lanka Academy presents the virtual assembly on ‘The Connected Supply Chain – Partners and Technology’ on 14 September from 3 p.m. onwards.
The interconnection and transparency between supply chain partners, as well as a connection through digital means, have become ever so important, especially through the COVID-19 pandemic. The true strength of your supply chain is dependent on both your partners and the technology in use, to successfully navigate through these tough times.
Therefore several critical areas which need to be addressed include transparency and connectivity within your channel partners including 3PL partners; distributors, retailers, consumers, and even your own sales force; exploration of alternatives; redefinition of partner SLAs and prioritisation of options, and data integrity and security.
The session will be conducted by KPMG Partner and Head of Management Consulting Kamaya Perera and John Keells Logistics Chief Executive Officer and John Keells Group Vice President Randula Chandrarathne.
