Reluctance to change means usually fearing the new. The next normal has brought about paradigm shifts making organisations and individuals look at new ways to stay ahead of the curve. Leadership matters in driving through such challenges. Perhaps the single most important thing in the given circumstances.

The Management Club, with its two decades of history in building better managers, has always been at the forefront of leadership transformation. The courage to change and bring new thinking. The wisdom to move beyond traditions and empower leaders to do what is right for tomorrow and not be content with what was done yesterday. To ignite the fire of collaborative leadership.

The Board of Management and the management clubs of Colombo and Mount Lavinia are getting ready for yet another leadership change. The transition management and leadership changes to stay ahead with new thinking. To its pool of multi-talented leaders and members, it’s all a well-known drill to bring an even better future. At TMC as its known, the understanding of the future stems through ongoing shared vision amongst its pool of leaders. Change means furthering that shared vision.

In sharing knowledge, uplifting management standards, building better facilities for members, and building new member categories a lot has been achieved over the past years. TMC has state-of-the-art meeting and recreation facilities today. It’s time to thank the outgoing chairmen and the committees, who made it possible. Congrats on a job well done!

It’s equally exciting to welcome the new committees in advance, to the Board of Management TMC and The Management clubs of Colombo and Mount Lavinia. A great tradition awaits to welcome the new leadership to continue with their passion for excellence in management. Wish all of them the very best! Dream big. Sparkle more.
