The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the world’s leading and largest professional body of management accountants, together with The Management Club (TMC), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Daily FT, has organised a workshop focusing on best practices in the new work world with regard to changed organisation cultures.
The session will have a keynote address and several areas of interactive discussions and intends to help leaders and managers to tide over these exceptional times making the most of the valuable resources they have within the organisations – mainly their employees.
The session will have reputed speakers who are industry experts, for instance Mind Heals Ltd.
