Acuity Knowledge Partners hosted IFC Country Manager for Sri Lanka and the Maldives Amena Arif, for a leadership talk to staff to mark International Women’s Day. 

The discussion covered career advancement for women, tackling the gender gap in the workforce and managing gender biases, in addition to Arif’s career growth and role and work at the IFC. 

The talk was moderated by Acuity Knowledge Partners Associate Director – Investment Research and Head of Training and Knowledge Management Rathnakala Kumaragurunathan.
