To celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday 15 June, Chef Rohan is offering a special menu with starters, main and desserts to enjoy with your whole family. Starters offer crab meat and guacamole timbale with julienne of vegetable or oven roasted aubergine soup.
The mains offer grilled barramundi with prawn, sautéed mushroom, pan fried salmon fish with cous cous and grilled vegetable, marinated grilled chicken, with horseradish, mash and apple puree, rack of lamb and beef tenderloin steak with grilled vegetable.
To end the meal you can enjoy a delectable choice of desserts, including strawberry pie with homemade lychee ice cream, and nougatine parfait with raspberry couli.
A selection of fine spirits, wines and fresh juice are also available to enjoy your meal with.
