Cinnamon Grand

Curated under the theme ‘Grand Valentine’s’, Cinnamon Grand will host a number of dining options throughout the day. Start your day with the Dragon Brunch at The Courtyard which will present an enhanced buffet menu at the prices of Rs. 3,018 (mocktail), Rs. 3,772 (brew) and Rs. 4,904 (bubbly); or drop by for the special Cheers Carvery lunch which would include new and interesting additions that you and your loved ones can enjoy, together at just Rs. 2,400  per person. 

If you are not a morning person, the exceptional High Tea at The Lounge is the one for you. At Rs. 1,900 per head, you can enjoy deliciously and delectable fare while enjoying a glass or two of your favourite brew.

As the night sets in, one can choose the quaint and romantic setting of The London Grill for an unforgettable evening. With a seven course set menu that incorporates exotic dishes made from the finest of ingredients, this fine dining experience is a sure-winner and is priced at Rs. 7,550. If it’s a romantic Italian culinary experience you’d rather savour with your loved one, on this special night, at Rs. 3,150, a meal at Echo is an affordable option. 

For families, The Taprobane would be an ideal option as it accommodate a buffet that includes a selection of the finest meats, carvery, grills, pastas, pizzas, seafood, sushi, homemade cold cuts and salads, a kids counter, an international selection of hot dishes with Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Moroccan style rotisserie and over 30 varieties of dessert! A range of sugar-free desserts is also available for the health conscious. In two sittings, all this is priced at Rs. 3,450.

Cinnamon Lakeside 

The Dining Room brunch at Cinnamon Lakeside too would make a great choice for those who want to celebrate with their families on this day. At Rs. 5,500, one can make their pick from the cold appetisers laid out in abundance, soups and the mains that comprises continental varieties, far Eastern dishes, Sri Lankan specialities, international favourites and action stations with a host of meat items, along with sumptuous dessert selection.

One of the novel features this year is the decadent Valentine’s Special Dessert Buffet! At Rs. 2,000, The Lounge will host the largest dessert buffet in Colombo. With over 60 varieties to taste, you are in for a real treat next Sunday, between 12 noon and 4 p.m.

Guests can take in the sights of Colombo and the cityscape at sunset for a dreamy, picture-perfect evening atop the highest rooftop venue in town, Cloud Red. On from sunset to midnight, this experience containing dinner for two and a bottle of bubbly, is priced at Rs. 10,000  per couple.

At the contemporary and vibrant Flavoured, the buffet spread consists of over 50 dishes that includes salads, shooters, soups, hot dishes, Chinese and Western cuisine, pastas, action stations and desserts at Rs. 2,200.

Cinnamon treats

What better way to say ‘I love you’ than with chocolates and sweets? 

Cinnamon Grand’s Coffee Stop will feature a variety of these, both on 13 and 14 February as they unveil a range of love-themed treats from macaroons to speciality cakes and cupcakes to unique cookies, all carefully designed and created by the expert pastry team of the hotel. The treats will be available from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

From Cinnamon Lakeside’s Goodies, one can purchase special cakes, choose from Valentine’s gourmet hamper collection or purchase the newly introduced Goodies Signature Truffle Box. This Box, which will be launched on 14 February, contains 100 crafted truffles of 18 varieties, and is priced at Rs. 12,500.
