The main course will leave you spoilt for choice, pan fried salmon and seer fish with lemongrass butter sauce, the peppered fillet of beef stew with shitake mushrooms and the red cherry and prune stuffed turkey roulade with mixed berry sauce are just a few of the dishes from around the globe.

Enjoy flavours closer to home when you try the batter fried cuttlefish and crabs with tamarind sauce or the supreme of spicy chicken kadai.
