‘Glow Garden’ 2019 – NDB holds annual Dinner Dance

The annual Dinner Dance for NDB Bank staff was recently held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo. The event, which was themed ‘Glow Garden’ and attended by over 800 members of the bank’s staff, was a night of dazzling neon, music and dancing.

The Dinner Dance, organised by the NDB Staff Recreational Club also recognised staff members who celebrated 25 years of service to the bank. In addition, a host of fun activities and events took place amidst an explosion of music and a night full of fun. The night featured DJ music and several band performances. The NDB Staff Recreational Club often organises such events in order to encourage the bank’s employees, their spouses and families to be a part of the bank via its many recreation activities. The bank’s ultimate goal is to ensure employee satisfaction to the maximum.
