Galadari Vesak Lantern Competition 2018

The Galadari Hotel successfully completed its annual Vesak Lantern Competition recently in high spirits. Every year this is the ideal opportunity and perfect environment for all departments of the hotel to showcase their creative and artistic skills and to build camaraderie amongst work colleagues.

The competition was spread across five main categories. The “Creative Lantern” category was won by Carving Kitchen with Finance securing second place. “Eco Friendly Lantern” was won by Laundry with second place going to F&B Coffee Shop, the “Colorful Lantern” award was bestowed on Housekeeping with Front Office winning second place. “Artistic Lantern” was awarded to the Cold Kitchen with F&B Flavors restaurant winning second place. “Theme Vesak Lantern” was awarded to Engineering with Security taking second place.
