ROOTS – An evening of reggae with Jayasri on Saturday

The Jayasri twins – Rohitha and Rohan – the internationally acclaimed Lankan reggae act based in Vienna, Austria will be performing at the Taj North Lawn this Saturday 23 April from 7 p.m. onwards.

After performing all across Sri Lanka, this is the first time that Rohitha and Rohan will be performing in Colombo for all reggae enthusiasts. The show will feature the twins performing along with the band ‘exotic’ and guest acts along with a DJ spinning groovy reggae tunes. Catch them live as they play some of the best reggae music with a Lankan touch to it.

The proceeds from this concert will be directed towards the needs of the Cancer Hospital in Maharagama.

This is just the initial phase in a series of reggae events - the goal being to build a platform for reggae musicians all around Sri Lanka. This initiative is spearheaded by Fairway Holdings.
