The month of festivities for Christmas time and for year-end celebrations is a joyful mixture of customs and traditions that have developed through the years, which makes it a colourful exciting time for enjoyment.

The Mews will feature Festive Goodies from 10 December onwards and the season is also a time for special entertainment; 20-23 December will see light Yuletide entertainment at the Mews from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve and Day menu and of course the perfect end to this meal is the Christmas pudding with brandy sauce for all to enjoy. An excellent alternative to the traditional favourite is dark chocolate and berry cheese cake with strawberry coulis or the ever popular apple strudel, to end a satisfying meal New Years Eve would truly be a blast with Retro Heaven – New Years Eve Party @ the Stables. None other than DJ Harpo along with Marlon and Wendell will be the entertainers for the night starting 8 p.m. onwards, with tickets priced at Rs. 8,000 per person. It will offer pre-event cocktails, a sumptuous dinner buffet, a kottu station for a midnight break and kiribath for the New Year. Its family fun with kids activities also considered for the night. The Mews will serve a Special New Years Eve – Dinner Buffet for all who wish for a quieter night-out to usher in the New Year.
