Join MLH this February to welcome Chef Doug, Executive Sous Chef for the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in the premier Harbor East neighbourhood, who has enjoyed cooking segments for news stations in the US as well as dedicating his time and talents to charitable events to better help the community.  Some of which include Meals on Wheels, National Academy Foundation, and March of Dimes; all of which have made its own distinctive mark in the history of US culinary art.

Having worked in an area known for its great seafood festivals, namely, the annual  Maryland Seafood Festival is a family oriented fun and feasting event  that takes place annually in Maryland for over 40 years.

Chef Doug is most certainly the perfect candidate to bring to you the marvels and wonders of the lively, tasty and entertaining tradition of seafood, with great music, great food and most importantly guaranteed fun!

MLH along with Chef Doug is preparing to present to you a week-long experience of mouth-watering seafood cuisine, so that you can eat to your heart’s content – at a great price. The seafood festival will be taking place from 15 to 22 February at the Seafood Cove, MLH, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. All signature dishes will be available on a’la carte basis.
