In celebration of the World Spice Food Festival the Ceylon Continental Hotel will be hosting the Malaysian Food Festival 2011 for one whole week from the 31 October to 6 November at the Hotel’s Emerald Restaurant.
The food festival will feature a dazzling variety of delicious ethnic dishes highlighting Malaysia’s authentic cuisine which replicates the country’s individuality and social blueprint.
To give guests a real taste of Malaysia, the charismatic Chef Louie Joseph will be flown in from Malaysia for this annual culinary event where he is eager to showcase his gastronomic talents.
Chef Louie Joseph, an active member of the chef association in Malaysia and has participated in many culinary events around the world. The promotion is priced at Rs. 1900 net, and will be continuing for a week from 7.00 – 11.00p.m.
