A tantalizing Malaysian fiesta at Spices, Hilton Colombo takes place from the 17 to the 26 November from 7.00 p.m with two experts in Malay cuisine specially flown in from PJ Hilton Malaysia to present an elaborate, mouthwatering Malay feast.
Having participated in numerous global food promotions, Chef Norizan, is a specialist in Melacca and Kalantan food, starting her career in the Malay section of the established restaurant Paya Serai in Hilton PJ in 1999.
She has won awards in several Culinary Competitions such as MBPJ cookery competition, FHM 2011 Competition,Battle of the Chefs, Penang Chapter Year 2007, One World Cooking Competition, etc.
Chef Noor Hisham, the Sous Chef of Hilton PJ accompanies Chef Norizan to present an exciting Malay experience. He enjoys experimenting with food and bringing his own flavour to ordinary dishes.
Sambal Belacan, Nasi Dangang , Udag Sambal Petai and Sayur Pucuk Goreng Belcan are some of the authentic Malay dishes that will tantalize your taste-buds.
