Love is in the air at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo

Renown for offering the ultimate indulgence on every occasion, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has released a Valentine’s Day lineup that promises to delight.

A uniquely romantic experience aboard 8° on the lake is in store for a limited number of couples. This floating venue offers a brand new dining concept. The Candlelight Cruise gives couples the opportunity to rediscover love at a magical setting on February 14th.

The evening begins with complimentary pre dinner drinks at the vessel’s upper deck as a live band plays. As the night progresses, a five course gourmet dinner will be served along with a glass of bubbly at the lower deck. After a spectacular dinner, couples may make their way to the upper deck once again for drinks and to dance into the night as the band continues to play. Floating across the middle of the lake under a starlit sky, the magical experience is worth every rupee of the Rs. 13,000++++ charge per couple. The land bound may keep the romance alive with a candlelit dinner by the lake at the Waterside, the hotel’s beautiful garden venue. Here a five course dinner will be served with soft music and a glass of bubbly to set the mood. The evening begins at 7.00pm and continues until 11.00pm. The night need not end at dinner. The hotel offers couples a Romantic Retreat at a Superior Room or Cilantro Suite with a bubbly breakfast served in bed the next morning. A Cilantro Suite which is usually sold at USD 250++++ will be offered at a concessionary rate of USD 195++++ whilst a Superior room usually offered at USD 158++++ will be offered at USD 143++++.
