Drop in to the Union Bar & Grill (UBG) at Hilton Colombo Residence during 1 – 9 November 2011 to explore an authentic spread of Chinese delicacies. The hotel introduces this cuisine to unravel the vivid flavours, fabulous aromas and unimaginable taste of China.
