Experience ‘Power Lunches’ at the Taj Samudra Colombo

Taj Samudra, Colombo invites you to come experience lunch at a few of Colombo’s premium restaurants this September.  Golden Dragon, Navratna and Latitude each present a unique and wholesome power lunch experience – whilst the Golden Dragon and Navratna offer a specially designed  menu the Latitude offers an international selection on its buffet.

The power lunch concept stems from the idea of catering to Colombo’s corporate elite who value one thing more than anything else – their time. We recognize this  and our lunches are designed to take less than sixty minutes. The menus are created to be light, yet filling and of course nutritionally wholesome. Taj Samudra chefs have carefully crafted and tested these menus for many months in preparation for this promotion to wow your taste buds in a hurry. The Golden Dragon will offer a number of select menus featuring a Soup, Main Course with a choice of Noodle or Rice, a Dessert and Chinese Tea. A myriad of choices are available in Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian and Sea Food combinations.  

Navratna, will offer a traditional Indian Thali. This is a selection of different dishes, served in small bowls on a round tray – the purpose being to get a varied selection - yet just the right portions, for a complete meal experience.

There will be a selection of Vegetarian Thali, a Non-Vegetarian Thai and Seafood Thali along with Indian Breads, Rice and Desert.

At the Latitude you may experience an International Buffet offering a Fresh Salad Bar, Cold Meat Platters with Cheese, Sri Lankan and Indian Food Counters, International Entrées and a Lavish Dessert Spread.

While this sounds like the perfect setting for your business meetings, our Power Lunches are also ideal for more casual dining as you could experience a lavish meal at an affordable cost.
