Aitken Spence Hotels in one sweep managed to scoop up 145 medals at the conclusion of ‘Culinary Art 2011’ on Monday also taking home the coveted titles of ‘best hotel team’ and ‘best culinary team.’

The group which boasts of the best resort hotels in the country will add the latest achievement to its long list of success and use it as a tool to target the upper segment of tourists coming into the country. Managing Director of Aitken Spence Hotels Malin Hapugoda speaking to Daily FT stated that the occasion is a jubilant one for the group and one that would further prove the standards of the hotels.
