Mastering the art of creating crusty hoppers, expert Chef Premarathne works his magic at the Cafe 64 Hawkers Street food fare on 5 and 6 August from 7 p.m. onwards. Showcasing his talent, Chef Premarathne is guaranteed to put on quite a spectacle for diners, presenting them the sight of an ‘action station’ as never seen before.
With a variety of hoppers listed on the menu, the age old favourites such as pani appa, kiri appa and biththara appa (egg hoppers) will be featured along with new additions such as masala appa, seeni sambol appa, cheese appa, etc.
In addition to the exciting hopper station, the Hawker Street food fair will also feature delicious chicken shawarmas, kottu, nasi goreng, biriyani, fish and chips and grilled whole chicken at very special prices.
Completing the ideal Hawker Street dining experience, the chefs have laid out a range of desserts that include watalappan, cream caramel, fruit trifles, assorted ice cream and chocolate mousse along with other favourites to delight your senses.
