Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo ties up with Air Arabia to offer lunch time diners more value for their meal.  Beginning July 2011, for a limited period, diners at the hotel’s restaurants Royal Thai, Long Feng and The Dining Room are invited to enter the weekly draw where a lucky winner will receive a ticket to Sharjah on Air Arabia.

The host from every table will be eligible to enter the ‘Dine and Fly’ draw which will be held every Friday at the hotel to determine the winner.  When settling the bill, they are requested to hand a business card over to restaurant staff or may request a form to fill in their details for submission.

The hotel’s signature restaurants Royal Thai and Long Feng, open for lunch from 12.00noon to 2.30pm, serve authentic Thai and Singaporean cuisine respectively.  The Dining Room, in addition to an extensive lunch buffet of Continental, Asian and local fare from 12.00noon to 3.00pm, offers a choice of a la carte options in keeping with the hotel’s promise of affordable indulgence.  For reservations or inquiries Royal Thai may be contacted on 2491945 and Long Feng on 2491949 whilst The Dining Room is available on 2491930 throughout the day.

Air Arabia offers comfortable, reliable and value for money air travel to sixty five destinations across the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Europe.  Their fleet consists of new A320 aircrafts whose main hubs include Sharjah Airport, UAE; Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca, Morocco and Burj Al Arab Airport in Alexandria, Egypt.  Passengers looking for an affordable holiday can book affordable holiday packages through Air Arabia holidays. Their website www.airarabia.com provides more details. Air Arabia now offers a frequent bus service between Sharjah International Airport and Dubai too.

A twenty minute drive from Dubai, Sharjah is the third largest emirate in the United Arab Emirates, and is the only one to overlook both the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.  Visitors to Sharjah are awestruck by the beauty of the parks, the Islamic architecture, museums, art galleries, culture and heritage, shopping malls, souks, Eye of the emirate and of course the popular Al Qasab Canal, Buheirah and Qasab corniche.

“We are delighted to collaborate with Air Arabia and offer our diners the chance to visit this “Cultural Capital of the Arab World,” says Neroy Marso, General Manager of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. Sharjah was given this title by UNESCO in recognition of its commitment and dedication in preserving its rich heritage and culture.
