Its team of chefs has conjured up a fabulous festive feast whilst our designers have woven a magical seasonal décor throughout the Residence to charm and elevate your spirits.

Take a journey across the continents this season at the Union Bar and Grill at Hilton Colombo Residence offers you a splendid Chinese cuisine for lunch on 23 December between 12 noon and 3p.m. Rs. 2,250 Nett per person. For Rs. 3, 500 Nett per person, you will be entitled to the buffet, and an unlimited offer on selected red/white wine or unlimited offer on selected brewed beverages.
On 23 December, dinner will let you explore deeper in to the true flavours of Italy – from the best of pizzas and pastas – cooked to just the way you like it. Enjoy a live performance by Flame as you indulge in the best of Italy. Rs. 2, 500 Nett per person; for Rs. 3, 750 Nett per person, you will be entitled to the Italian dinner buffet, and an unlimited offer on selected red/white wine or unlimited offer on selected brewed beverages.
The spirit of Christmas is yours to enjoy as you dig in to our traditional Christmas eve lunch on 24 December 2011. Priced at Rs. 2, 250 Nett per person, the lunch buffet will be made available between 12 noon to 3p.m; as an option, the lunch buffet will be made available with an unlimited offer on selected red/white wine or unlimited offer on selected local brewed beverages for Rs. 3, 500 Nett per person.
The Christmas eve dinner will get you in the mood for the most joyous time of the year – enjoy the scintillating sounds of Kings during this festive event. Rs. 2, 750 Nett per person between 7p.m. to midnight; for Rs. 3,750 Nett per person the dinner buffet will be made available with an unlimited offer on selected red/white wine or unlimited offer on selected local brewed beverages.
The Christmas brunch will be made available for Rs. 3, 200 Nett per person between 11. 30 am to 4.00 pm.
Enjoy a classic Christmas dinner with your complementary glass of wine. It’s a traditional festive fare that will add to the fun and good spirit. The set menu is priced at Rs. 4,000 per person.
