Asha commends Chutneys restaurant at Cinnamon Grand

Celebrated singer Asha Bhosle enjoyed a meal at Cinnamon Grand’s Chutneys restaurant, and upon her return to India, sent the restaurant an autographed group photo of herself with the Chutneys team, including our Indian chefs- Chef Harrish and Chef Bala, expressing her praise and thanks for a pleasant evening. Recognized by the World Records Academy as the ‘Most Recorded Artist’ in the world, Asha Bhosle stayed at the Cinnamon Grand during her visit to the country for her much anticipated concert with Bathiya and Santhush.

Her choice for her first meal in Sri Lanka was the Chutneys restaurant; and she spent an enjoyable evening savouring her favourite dishes from the South Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
