On 7 April, ladies enjoyed the exclusive view and sea breeze at the Heist Poolside whilst Colombo’s favourite event for women continued to entertain yet another packed house.
With a marquee set up at the upper deck of the pool, ladies had great seats for the entertainment which included two much anticipated belly dance acts. The acts were followed by a belly dance competition which invoked spirited performances by some of the enterprising guests.
Amidst the cheers of the appreciative crowd, belly dancer Krishoola finally raised the hand of the winner and the lucky lady was awarded with the grand prize of an overnight stay at Ceylon Continental.
Sponsors Spa Continental, Salon Manik and Su D’Silva Jewellery, offered prizes and surprises throughout the night.
Vouchers for authentic Thai treatments from Spa Continental, the Hotel’s Spa located on the sixth floor were handed to the first 20 participants.
In addition, an entrance raffle draw gave the lucky winners dinner for two vouchers at Emerald, while other gifts included special packs from Salon Manik and Su’ De Silva Jewellery.
A complimentary welcome drink and Chef’s Special on every table were followed by tantalising bites from the action stations set up around the venue and snacks and drinks from the Heist menu.
