An affair with Jamaican at MLH

The Jamaican affair with celebrity Chef Michael Wedderbum is currently on at Mt. Lavinia Hotel until May 29th. The promotion includes a special presentation of Slow Food Jamaican on the Beach on May 28th. The fair includes popular Jamaican dishes such as curry goat, fried dumplings, ackee and salt fish (Cod which is the national dish of Jamaica), fried plantain, Jerk Shack, Oyster bar with Caribbean flavours, steamed cabbage etc.
