By making cutting edge content on executive education more accessible to Sri Lankan businesses, we believe we can influence and transform the leaders of tomorrow. We believe that today’s leaders need to have a 360 degree perspective of their business strategy and a high degree of competency.”
The academy boasts some of the country’s foremost business success stories as well as a host of international business leaders with proven track records of achieving business excellence, all with the singular aim of developing future strategic leaders in order to usher in the next generation of sustainable business performance.

Your work must be beneficial to society and it must be unique and compelling. Corporates today realise the need to invest in leadership development in order to fast track high performance growth,” emphasised Subramaniam.
