Wataniya has announced its new partnership with Ericsson to provide innovative products and services for our customers through the Converged Billing in One (CBiO) solution.
Customers today demand efficiency from their mobile operators. They require personalised services with streamlined customer service, better visibility of their costs and easier activation of services. To meet these demands, Wataniya has teamed up with the world’s leading provider of technology and services to telecom operators, Ericsson, who will provide end-to-end, real time revenue management system for customer management, charging and billing.
Wataniya Chief Operating Officer Stephen Smith said: “We want to provide our customers with a differentiated and personalised user experience by providing them the choice and the control on how much they want to spend, when they want to spend and for which services. A converged billing solution will help us to achieve this customer intimacy.”
With the implementation of Ericsson’s CBiO, Wataniya’s billing and information structures will be transformed to increase operational efficiencies and transparency for the customer. The platform focuses on the customer, delivering convenience and flexibility.
Ericsson Malaysia and Sri Lanka President Janne Laitala says; “The implementation of Ericsson’s Converged Billing in One solution will support Wataniya to bring new services to the market cost effectively. While providing choice and control to the consumers, the solution would also enable Wataniya to improve marketing capabilities and secure revenue flows.”
