South Asia is one of the fastest growing regions in the world; yet, various challenges remain as constraints to more dynamic and sustainable growth. Entrepreneurship, the adoption of better technology can revitalise productivity and growth across the region’s economies. The significance of this policy challenge will be debated and discussed during the 6th SAES, under the theme ‘Towards a Stronger, Dynamic and Inclusive South Asia’. The Summit is organised by Sri Lanka’s apex economic policy think tank, the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS), and will bring together 120 experts from South Asia and beyond to discuss the current socio-economic policy challenges facing the region and to explore new strategies for inclusive growth.
