This year Sri Lanka fielded three young scientists Namal Udara Piyasiri, Nipun Kavishka Silva and Rakitha Malewana to participate in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2014 held in Los Angeles, California. They won four awards including three by Namal. They were felicitated by President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday. From left: Indika De Zoysa (Intel), Chief Minister of the North Central Province, S. M.
